Scott, maybe I don't give myself enough credit, but I might give myself a large amount of leeway, which might be negative. I try to listen, but I don't think I'm doing enough of it, and actually understanding, I need to put myself in others shoes.

Great post. The take-home line from this is about listening. Sometimes you've just got to listen, to others, to yourself. An expert listener is an expert learner.

Louis, I've heard that many times, and I think I've been to immobilized by fear, even though I've been telling myself I'm not. It's time I look into why I'm afraid and change something. Thanks.
